Michael Karpman

Michael "Mike" Karpman assists clients with corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, private placements of debt and equity securities, corporate formation, commercial and licensing transactions, and corporate governance. He also has experience representing businesses in complex commercial litigation matters and advising insurers and reinsurers on coverage and reinsurance issues.

Mike served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Michael P. Shea of the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut. He also interned with the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Connecticut.

In law school, Mike served as an Executive Editor for the Yale Law & Policy Review.
