Overview
Samantha "Sam" Regan represents investors, developers, utilities and suppliers in transactions relating to power projects and energy companies. Sam advises clients on the development and financing of renewable energy projects and distributed energy resources. She negotiates and drafts the documents across a broad range of energy transactions and provides due diligence support for those transactions. Sam serves as counsel for the New England Power Pool (NEPOOL). She advises cable and telecommunications companies on regulatory matters.
